I done a google search for Tiger cat e1 and this is what i got. My car looks nothing like this (thankfully)

If it's the same guy I've read about before...

believe it or not those whiskers are 'screw in'. He had internally threaded piercings in his top lip (guess a bit like riv-nuts) and the whiskers themselves are threaded- so he just screw them in at will.

The pattern is tatoo though and I believe the teeth are permanent mods.

Ah well, it takes all sorts I suppose!
