Hi Gang, I need the help of the all knowledgeable forum, I can't seem to find a downloadable manual for this bike having googled it to death, can anybody help, I know its probably 1.5 turns out but I'd rather know the correct answer.

Well you should know the old trick...

If I remember rightly, turn it out 1/4 at a time and the revs rise, adjust the idle to get the revs down, keep doing that until the revs stay flat and your there.

Think that's right but I'm not paying for a piston if it sounds like a strangled cat and stops... been there too many times myself
