Self control..
TimC - 13/5/10 at 04:48 PM

I find myself in a position where I would love to tell someon to (ahem) 'Get stuffed!' but I am unable as it is not in my interest to. How frustrating is that?

Calm calm calm calm, fluffy bunnies, "Wooooo-shaaaah" etc

Apologies for the largely pointless post, but hey...

spread a weird rumor about them, it will make you feel good.

Miks15 - 13/5/10 at 04:53 PM

i think an explanation as to why you would like to tell this person to get stuffed is needed

And weve all been there!

This is the technique I use in that situation.

-------
Picture yourself near a stream. Birds are softly chirping in the crisp cool mountain air.

Nothing can bother you here.

No one knows this secret place.

You are in total seclusion from that place called “the world.”

The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.

The water is clear and you can easily make out the face of the person whose head you’re holding under the water.

Look. It’s the person who caused you all this stress. What a pleasant surprise.

You let them up… just for a quick breath… then ploop!… back under they go…

You allow yourself as many deep breaths as you want.

There now… feeling better?

as the video shows, its bad to hold these in for too long. if they build up you will eventually pop. maybe not at the person who has been causing the frustration but at someone or somehting. its happened to me often enough , though not on the scale of the bloke in the vid
