At the track day earlier this week I noticed oil on my back n/s wheel. Having suspected the oil seal was on it's way out, this confirmed it. At the
end of a good days thraping the o/s was a bit oily also. Time to change bearings/seals. Purchase two from local shop that I allways use I then proceed
to fit them to a spare pair of half shafts I have. So it's two out, two in. Oh no, the bearings are too f**king big on the o/d and won't go in the
axle casing (are they RS2000?). Having gone to all the trouble to save myself some time I now have to do it all again, assuming they have the correct
bearings this time! Someone is going to be torn a new arsehole when I get hold of them!!! It would'nt be so bad only I'm supposed to be going on a
little run with Blade boy (jon ison) this weekend and it's cutting it a bit fine.
