I have been putting off writing this post for a while now as i figured it would all blow over but it hasn't.
I have had enough of some of the rude and offensive comments from one forum member so i am not going to visit the forum for a while. I dont want to
name said person as i know s/he has freinds on here and i dont want to upset them.
I would like to thank everyone for their help over the last few years and Chris and Fozzie for this website. I certainly wouldn't have built my
car without it!
Hope you're still going to keep visiting though? I know what you mean but you don't have to post for a while just keep your eye in and most
of the trolls disappear after a while or move over to pistonheads

Don't let them get to you, such behaviour from some is certainly not warranted, and dissagreements are bound to occur we all have our ways methods opinions & skills and it is is that which makes this a great place to trade help and ideas, you'll find whoever is 'upsetting' you have none of the above!!
That's not good... pull whoever it is up on their rudeness / offensiveness publicly - we seem to have a decent mix on here and should be able to sort out most problems between us!

As said it wouldnt be the same without people doing the different things, and i think well all agree yours i one of the more interesting builds.
Name the person, or talk to him about it, noone else needs to know who it is.
As said Speedy - you can't quit because of a to55er winding you up!
Especially as a lot of us are watching your build as it's a refreshing break from the norm !

On all the forums I have been on this is probably the best. Lots of honest, generous people who love to help others. A few slightly spoil it for the

You should have seen all of the 'off-forum' comments I had, when some found out that I was female, had built a car....even some questioning
my sexuality......And oh yes.....I have the sheer audacity to have had a National B race licence for quite a few years....Ye Gods.....if
'some' had had their way I would have been burnt at the stake! ....

Iis this in u2u's? I couldn't recall reading anything that I'd have considered rude or offensive, so I've had a trawl back through your posts (2weeks before I got bored) and can't find anything. If it is just u2u's from one member report them to Fozzie or Chris and delete anymore without opening... Or just publish the contents along with thier senders name.

i agree with the majority, its a name and shame moment! You have been an indispensible member of the forum for many months/years!
If it offence is through u2u's then i would suggest forwarding them to fozzie or chris and letting them take the appropriate actions!
Im sure that fozzie and Chris know who most of the bad eggs are but then again whats to stop them just re-registering under a different user name?

may have started with a misunderstanding and i just found a reply today abit too much.
I dont think i could have coped very long without lcb before i got withdrawl symptons anyway tbh I may have ended up on haynes forum
