this reminds me of the time i was taping my wrist before a rugby game and pulled on the insulation tape to snap it off and duly gave myself the biggest whack in the bollox i have ever had. due to this accident i was unable to take the field and was in considerable pain for some days

That in turn reminded me of the time I jumped up after tying my shoes before a basketball game, and crashed my head on an open locker door. Knocked myself out cold, and I'm still enjoying the permanent neck injury
