Calibre rocks, it converts and catalogues your ebooks, then allows you to choose which you want to transfer to your kindle. You can do this either by USB or by email.

Almost any book you can think of is available from torrent sites, the very latest books can take a while to appear once released but the vast majority of books I've searched for I've found.
