I got blocked from viewing it, but I'm guessing that it's the Sport Compact Car article where they chopped the sentra down to the unibody, and then cut some more, I think they removed alot of unessesary stuff like doors and glas etc...

It's a great article. I have the original print mag, but the online version is complete. You should try to view it again. It speaks volumes about quickness through lightness. For me reading it was a validation of what the Locost movement stands for... Even though most of the people reading that mag aren't capable of making the (obvious to me) leap to custom tube-frames and fiberglass bodywork...
