How do they do that ?

Impressive photography, but it is really showing its age - all those switches and dials went out with the bond bug!

For comparison, see this from a state-of-the-art airbus 380.....Air omnibus

well cool.

that is a lot of insruments.

On the left of the cockpit, is that all the circuit breakers for the systems? pretty good idea to have them so close in case there needs to be any fixes mid flight!

Clever! A lot of estate agents do it now to give a virtual tour of properties for sale.
I took the opportunity to sit in the captains' seat whilst allowed a crawl around the flight deck of a development Concorde. No room for 'normal' sized folk. Terribly cramped. Passenger room wasn't much better. By comparison, you could get a table-tennis table into the flight deck of a C5 Galaxy.

Pilots tend not to mess with the cb's now unless they are told/have to. Should be interesting when our new boeing 787's arrive, i'm told you can carry out system tests and functions including circuit breaker resets from a remote computer away from the aircraft! Wont even need to leave the office!

You've not watched the film Airport 75 ....

He spilt coffee on the controls and sent the plane into a dive ( but the plane enjoyed it so much it went back every week!!)
