go to your pic. right click/properties then highlight the whole address ( in the property pane) then come on locost click insert image from the toolbar and paste your copied url. job done.

as above but sometimes there an extra bit of code thats out of view and you've got to move the mouse down a bit to hightlight the lower bit, 9
times out of ten it ends with .jpg
