OT: Hornby 00 Railways

Anyone tell me where or how to get a hornby 00 gauge railway valued, all I can find it this one one the dreaded BAY

Hornby OO Gauge Britannia Iron Duke Passenger Train Set | eBay

The set is similar to this one but has more straight track and is boxed in good condition.

I so cant wait to be to old to play with cars - My retirement will involve copious amounts or model railwaying

I did try the scalextic a couple of years ago, bought the new digital stuff, had it for a few months, wanted to set up a track in the spare room - sadly the spare room became a nursery shortly after (well not sadly at all, but you know what I mean!).

Dublo, is Hornby, its just pre 1959 Dublo ('Doube 0' / 00) was 3 rail, post 59 was 2.

i had a lovely little ooo set as a lad. My wifes great 'uncle' ron was a complete nut with a set round his garden!

I did him a disservice there, he really was an uncle now i think about it!
