Rehydration salts are a must - a lot of the stomach pain you feel can be eased with salts (I found this out when having gastroenteritis once).
If you can't get out of the house, I'll post you some.
Cheers

Wifey always eats soft mints when she's sick, she says it makes throwing up not taste as bad and stops her throat burning!
Re Hypertonic re-hydration salt solution if you can't go out there are recipes out the web basically a glass of watter a bit of sugar and
salt but the proportions have to be right. Work great for me a few weeks back.

I'm feeling grotty too... nauseous when changing positions. Hope it's not another bout of labyrinthitis!
I'm working in Swansea next week, was going to say, fancy a coffee.
I think we'll give it a couple of weeks
thanks for all the tips, I haven't thrown up since 7AM so I think I'm past the worst of it. Baby was difficult he was so frightened
It
was busy in bathroom but thankfully we were all staggered by about 12-16 hours.
I've always made my own sports drinks consisting of water and OJ 50/50 with a bit of salt added.
Lyn I'll be up for a coffe mate just let me know when you're around.
Eldest always got very upset when throwing up. Youngest 1 year old just throws up and caries on and you just Smell it stand in it !
Anyway fingers crossed you are over the worst - lots of bland food to reline stomach and I would keep away from Heavily Dairy products until your
stomaches have re-lined themselves
