hi folks,does any one know if building regs are needed for a new ensuite installation-drainage is allready present in the space and an extractor fan aswell. stud wall partition of another room and a doorway to create through a masonry wall.
any advice welcome.

Well.. technically you will need to install some ligthing and possibly power for shaving/shower.... this does require notification as it is a prescribed area..............


I wouldnt post my plans online and just get on with it... but too late for that now :p
