Titanic stuff ?

I'm in the camp that says personal belongings bought up from the wreck shouldn't be auctioned off, bits of the Titanic itself I don't have a problem with but personal belongings, sorry they should either go back to families if possible or back to where they where found, 2 miles down ?

I agree. Seems to logical to me, and honourable, that they should all rest in peace.

Likewise.

does it not count as a mass grave, ie you can only take very particular things like plates from the galley off?
i think they should just leave it alone

I don't really care either way but I was under the impression that salvage laws for international waters meant you could do pretty much what you want with stuff you find in the sea, with the exception of things like commisioned warships.

They are only supposed to take the spoil, ie anything outside the ship and stuff like coal, I wasn't aware they were taking anything else?

I personally think they can look and explore as much as they like but should be extremly limited in what they can disturb or salvage

Cheers
