It's just occured to me that owners of BECs could paint cardboard boxes like crossflows and cover their engines to make their cars look like proper sports cars!!
Yeah, and they could pull off a plug lead or attach a big block of lead to replicate the power to weight ratio of a 1100 ford engine to complete the illusion :-)
just one plug lead........

That fuel filler looks s**t hot. I've had an idea to make one out of a bean tin lid with some pop rivets for the studs. I could blu-tack it on the van
filler flap and stand back and wait for the admiring gasps. .
