I have had a drawing sent and it is in Sketchup; I don't use it!!

Anybody know how to print a dimensioned drawing?

Sketchup is free.
But you can send to me if you like and i can pdf you the print.
(is it already dimensioned?)

What he said, it's a Google product and can be downloaded. It's not even that big. It is quite a decent tool to be fair.
