Hello everyone! So I ordered a Mitutoyo 6" digital caliper set and 25mm calibration measure gauge on Wednesday @ 11am and paid £8 for postage, assuming for that price it would be next day delivery.

On the website it still says my order is 'new', not dispatched or anything 2 days later. I sent them an email yesterday and received no response so I emailed them again and got a response from someone saying he would chase it up. Not heard anything back since then.

In what kind of non-multi million pound corporation would it take more than a day to find out the status of an order? This seems a bit strange to me.

And being a Mitutoyo one it is big bucks :s
