Hi watching the rowing at the moment gb doing fantastic just wondering who,s winning the bike race in the background nobody seems to be metioning it

I was waiting for a spectacular bike crash in the rowing, the camera shots from above in the 8 man rowing were like something out of Ben Hurr .

Aren't the rules in bike racing weird ?
