Would it not be easier to just have two phones? Thats what everyone I know who has a work mobile does, my line manager is also line manager for another group of people and has one phone for each group, plus a phone for calls from his superiors and a personal phone so he has about 4 on him most of the time.

As a tachno Luddite I love this. Brave new world where technology can do so much but turns out to be so impractical. Your technology should be the tool, not you.

I just have 2 - work iPhone and a personal Android one, best of both worlds but you just pay for one

I have a work phone and my own. I end up using works all the time because its easier and getting the arse ache, but never use my own minuits. You would think in this day and age a twin acount phone would be easy to get.
