Got a used ipod off ebay - it's anodised red and it's got some engraving on it.

Anyone got any good ideas for getting rid of/hiding the engraving so I can give it to someone else?

Fill & Spray, new case?

Fill, smooth place Apple sticker on it

Buy broken one on ebay, change case, stick broken one back on ebay

What sort of Ipod? can you not sell on and just buy another?

Change their and/or your name by deed poll... ?

Or re engrave it - 'cover up tattoo' style

Angle grinder, true Locost style.

There might be other options available, dependent on what the engraving says. So what does it say?........
