I think "video editing" is part of A level Media Studies, not Physics.

This was featured on Mythbusters where they disproved it. That is a physics lesson! (sort of)

Iirc mythbusters did one where the target was a rubber ring in a lake, and they figured it was almost possible

Ah, thankyou! Yes, i suspect it is not 100% real, or that if it was, they found a freakishly robust human and did a hell of a lot of takes.

Fits into a simular catagory to the 'how to load a bike' video where someone on a motorcross bike comes over a jump into the back of a van.
