I do hope so
Oooh Just Jane
I've been for a taxy ride in that one
I want to have fly in it next
'Just Jane' is well worth a visit to help the cause, she's surrounded by a goodly number of interesting items too.
Family friendly, good coffee shop.
Yep, saw that this morning, let's hope it gets in the air again. How good would that be to see the BOB flight with another Lanc? Just imagine the
sound

Call me paranoid but....a bunch of spitfires found in Burma and a second Lancaster ready to fly... David Cameron getting ready to renegotiate with the EEC....Hmmmm Shelter in the garden perhaps

I took my Grandma there for her 80th birthday - about 7 years ago now (when I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, the answer was "a ride
in a Lancaster but that'll never happen".).
Interestingly enough, back then they dismissed the possibility of getting it flying again back then as "too expensive" and "not worth
the risk". I got the distinct impression they were more interested in milking the plane for the Taxi ride money.
Nice to be proven wrong....especially in this day and age..
..Shelter in the garden?????
Who would want this debt ridden soggy grey Septic Isle.. Just as comically questionable, but I guess those empty aircraft carriers could be manned
with restored Spitfires and aged Bombers. Hell, we'll probably start leasing back the Harriers sold to the Yanks and repatriate the Buccaneer.
