DAB Tuner
Xtreme Kermit - 8/1/13 at 10:50 PM

Has anyone got any recommendations for a small cheapest DAB Tuner?

I have one attached to a Denon mini system, but the case got smashed at the weekend, so I'm in the market for a replacement.

Is this a house one or a car one?

Since the word "cheap" is in your requirements maybe just go to asda or similar?

It's for the house.

The reason I say cheap is probably misleading. What I am not after is a full width rack unit but rather something that will sit on top of my midi unit.

Whenever I'm shopping for something, I start here;

www.hotukdeals.com

Which in this case leads me to this;

Or;

They do look like good deals...

But what I am after is just a tuner that I plug into an existing stereo. I have no need for built in amp or speakers.

Here is the busted one.

If you want a project you could always build a raspberry Pi as an internet radio!

Few links/guides/plans here:

I was looking for a simpler implementation than that...

We have a pure one mini in the kitchen. Works a treat and has an output so can be plugged into a "proper" hifi...

Now that has possibilities.
