To start at John O'Groats Scotland and cycle to ben nevis accent and decent then cycle to cambletown row across irish sea to ballacastle then cycle to slieve donad before cycling to coast, rowing back to uk mainland. Cycling to scaffel pike accesnt and decent, cycling to snowdon accent and decent cycling to lands end and return to Swansea and free fall back into the city.
