Ok so here's where I'm at.
I have a tmobile sim only account with t mobile. 300 mins 500 texts and no data and a Flexible inclusive booster ( unlimited landline calls.) BUT I
need some data now as well.
I see carphone warehouse have an offer with a little data.
Its 300 mins any network any time ( plenty for me) 500 txts ( way to much I'm not a txter) and 250mb of data. Also a free galaxy ace phone and a
Samsung tab.
NOW I'v had 2 conversations with tmobile ( one by myself) and one in the carphone warehouse shop) who say I would still be allowed my inclusive
booster of landline calls. BUT I can't have this in writing?? However carphone warehouse have " EXTRAS " which include ( you've
guessed it ) unlimited landline calls but they want an extra £5 a month for it. They cannot explain why they need the extra dosh But are unsure that I
will get my booster of free landline calls and if not it would not be their problem after I had done the deal.
I'd like to do the deal BUT not at the extra £5.
Anyone done this deal or is in the know about whats what that can comment. ? ( please don't involve other suppliers/phones etc as I'm set on
this one topic at the moment)
Thanks
I would ask t mobile to do the deal direct and cut out the middle man. They will either e able to match it or reduce the tarrif enough you can buy the tablet with the savings.
I pay £15 a month for 200 mins (any phone), unlimited texts and 500Mb of data, with an S2 (from 12 months or so ago) with 02. As above, you'll
get a much better deal if you go direct to the main man and say "I can get this with X" - they'll match it. My other half literally
halved her monthly phone bill just by phoning and saying she was going to cancel because she had found a better deal - it's the old story -
they'd rather have you than lose you.

a lot of t-mobiles accounts do come with at least one booster 'thrown in'.
What about changing I'm with giffgaff £10 a month 500mins unlimited texts and 1gig of data
phone them direct and tell them your leaving unless they can give you a better deal
this works best if you know of a good deal on another network
(for you that would be 3, vodaphone, o2 and maybe giffgaff - but not orange)
tell them they have to better the other deal you've found or your leaving and you want your pac code
I've done this for years and every time I get a better phone for free and/or a drop in the monthly bill
