I used this
http://www.watco.co.uk/watco-concrete-floor-paint.html
Ordered to much for work
Yes I have used that exact one. Its nothing special tbh, it's been down over a year and needs redoing already
Can you get this product over there?
Deck & Concrete Restore
I've never seen it used on decking, only on concrete and it really shapes things up. It covers and fills cracks and comes in many colors.
It's easier to install than traditional epoxy floor paint is is more tolerant of start and stop lines.

I've used the paint in the OP's link and it is ok. It was applied 3 years ago to my garage floor that was very dusty and has done a great job and still looks reasonable but could do with a touch up now. Where the rear wheels sit it has stuck to the tyres and pulled away but otherwise it is presentable. It is basically a urethane paint so nothing special but it is good value for that style of paint.
