I think I may have been dicked by a LCB Member.

To cut a long story short - the plasma cutter hasn't arrived and I'm now £120 down.
After a couple of weeks I tried repeatedly to contact Oadamo by phone, txt, email and U2U ( he hasn't been on here since 15/1/14)
He eventually got back to me by email, saying the courier firm had lost it, was sorry it had taken so long to reply as he was busy at work and not to
worry he would sort it by ringing the courier firm first thing in the morning. That was Wednesday 22/1/14 - I've not heard anything since despite
sending numerous texts, emails and I've phoned him 6 times today alone - no response to anything despite me requesting him to get it contact
with me asap.
Does anyone know Oadoma ? His name is Adam - if you do, could you give him a gentle nudge for me please.
If there is an innocent explanation I will offer an unreserved apology for this post and remove it.
If there is something less than innocent going on - how do I get my money back ?
I'm really disappointed - I've bought thousands of pounds worth of stuff off here including a full car - this is the first let down

Does JoelP know him. Looking at the original FS post he put up a post that sounds more friendly than a normal non face to face post.

Contact your bank and explain, it may be possible to reverse the transfer...
I'm hoping there's an innocent explanation and still really want the plasma cutter - but I'm getting concerned with the lack of response. It doesn't matter how busy someone is, they should be able to spare a couple of minutes to respond to repeated requests for an update.

I believe so under certain circumstances, they can issue a request to reverse the transaction, Nat West suggested they could do this when I had a
problem with a transaction, fortunately it worked out.
Get hold of someone knowledgeable at your bank for advice.

I did get a response yesterday saying he was chasing the courier firm - that was after a week of no contact.
I've asked for my money back and he's gone quiet again.
I've spoken to the Police and they are happy to take the case up - I just need to go into make a statement and provide the extensive email, text
and phone records.
I've sent 3 more texts today and 2 more emails ( he doesn't answer the phone ) - and given him 24 hours to refund the money or I will go to
the Police.
He's been online within the last hour - so I am being ignored.
Well, after 22 days
9 un-answered texts
13 non answered or returned phone calls
9 emails - most un-answered
3 U2U's - not answered
I have my money back.
The last email did the trick.
I'm really disappointed that it came to this - absolutely the last thing I wanted to do and my only bad buying experience on LCB.
