I am after some information on materials to use to manage tunnel heat. Something reasonably priced. I have seen some and the prices are bonkers.

I have used silvered bubble wrap and the thin polystyrene domestic radiator heat reflector to good effect
I only used the expensive heat mat in the footwell where the exhaust gets close and for heat shields to protect master cylinder and alternator
