jargon are fine; legalese goes into my head, rattles round and not much happens).
Regarding making a subject access request - I understand I can ask my employer for salary details, but have come across this.

That is saying my employers does not need to notify ICO, yes? So I can send SAR to get my salary details and they should supply details.
jps - 3/2/18 at 11:21 AMYes you are right, but it would not be your problem if they did have to notify ICO they would still have to give you the info about yourself.
