Do we have any kitchen fitters or hinge experts on here?

I have a diagonal kitchen corner wall unit and the hinge snaps shut at 135 degrees. The door opens 90 degrees but I would like it to open much further and am trying to source some suitable hinges....

I could purchase the hinge in the link below that opens to 175 degrees but it is designed to snap shut at 90 degrees and therefore may not be suitable?

I'm no expert, but have fitted a couple of my own kitchens over the years. Also built some utility room cupboard with kitchen cupboard doors and hinges as well.
