Here is some video of the trials I put on at my house Jan 1, 2020. One of the guys from Manhattan, Ks filmed it. I was too busy cooking. We had 47 riders at the event and at least that many spectators. 54deg F. Beautiful day. We served 5 gallons of chili and 84 hotdogs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XCiFTCyv2Q

I'd agree, I have been and go mountain biking in public spaces like that so that's a pretty fine garden IMHO. Beats my postage stamp by a long long way that's for sure!
