I ordered some parts from Think autos online shop two and a half weeks ago.
And still haven't received them, is this normal for them?

Is it just me or is there no way to contact them?

I've always got my stuff quickly, and contacted them on the phone without difficulty (look under 'locate us' on their website).

likewise, no problems when I've ordered from them. ITs posible they don't have stock of parts, don't know if they usually contact you to let you know if that is the case (not saying it is) I'm sure a quick phone call to them will solve the mystery..

Im having the same problem with Europa. Coming up for 3 weeks to get my steering wheel boss. Shouldn't complain though it was £16.

I brought some parts from Europa the same day and they came two days later.

Did you get a reciept by e-mail confirming your order ?

I'm never that happy buying from web shops, it seems like you have the order on the go if you deal over the phone.

some of the stuff they make on site in batches; maybe they are out?

I've bought stuff from them; usually fast but one or 2 times slow and needed kicking in the rear - phone them!
