If its a locost related one you can get some hosting from Andy Harding on here. Thats who mines hosted with.

Trouble with a lot of free hosting is its full of adverts and crap...

Do free hosting with no adverts, although the free hosting isnt well advertised on their site, you need to register to see the free link.
Give me a shout if you cant find it, i host 2 sites with them and have had no problems
