you should have ordered it from any 7 style kit manafacturer!

you would of had so much time to add to the order you would forget youd ever placed the order before you receive anything

Barstewards!

Shocking , how they expect to survive in this industry with a service like that beats me, don't they know that the minimum delivery wait is two weeks?

ch1ll1 - 31/3/06 at 08:41 AM

i would phone them up and complain
that just not fair.

dont they know your building a kit car !

you could always send it back andtell them to resend it in a month or so !!

I have to big up Burton Power as well, placed an order one evening for a few bits and got home the next day to find an attempted delivery ticket from the post office! Simply incredible service.

Burton power are terrible, I received my oil pump gasket the day after I sent my order, surely the post office hadn't delivered my letter let alone BP being able to cash my cheque.

What is this country coming too

Second that on Burton, placed 4 orders in the last 2 months and every single one without exception turned up the next day!! end result i am surrounded by boxes and feel obligated to spend time in the workshop, they should be ashamed!!

i can beat that, orderd some stuff from screwfix, put the phone down and remembered i,d forgotten something, rang them back within 5 mins to add to the order, they said too late it was already on the van

irvined - 31/3/06 at 03:34 PM

I have to add to that, both rally design and burton have a terrible order turnaround, everytime i order i'm rudely awakened the next day by the postman coming to give me my bits.

Terrible.

MikeR - 31/3/06 at 03:39 PM

ahem, whats the postman doing with your bits and how come he's ........

no i'll stop now

zilspeed - 31/3/06 at 03:42 PM

Amatuers the lot of them.

I've just received an order in from D**on Tw**ks and I haven't even ordered it yet. I just thought about ordering it and that was enough.

now 'that's' what you call service...

MikeR - 31/3/06 at 03:44 PM

depends, have they taken the money yet? Cause companies keep taking money off me and i haven't even thought of using there product, my home insurance for example .............. now THATS service

wilkingj - 31/3/06 at 05:54 PM

I cant agree more about the service some traders give these days.

Two Days ago, I got a card though the door from the post office saying they had a parcel for me at the local shop (and PO).
So I left it untill today to collect it, and low and behold when I got home with the parcel... the Damn Post Office had delivered me another red card for a Recorded delivery packet which they were now holding at the post office for me. I'll leave that one untill Monday before I collect.
I have just ordered some bits from Namrick... I bet they wont be here much before Monday morning
