evening all, i havent posted for a while, since ive been none stop in the garage for the past 10 days, working on the car, OBVIOUSLY! , anyways back to the topic at hand...

where can i get the driveshaft bolts that were used on the 2wd cosworths, i think that they are the M6 Allen key bolts, high tensile, and i need to get the braces too? i had to angle grind a few off to get the drive shafts off for reconning, but now im stuck as i cant put them back on.

Just pop to your local fastening supplier and get M6x80mm (check that length but i think that was what i got over a year ago) 12.9 grade cap head bolts.

Yep, M8 x 50 caphead bolts.

You don't need the washer/tab/brace things, just go without those.

There are some on here that will say you do need them, but my race car and pretty much every other competition car running GKN/Ford CV joints run fine without them
