Dad does 2 laps of the Grand Prix circuit. Best lap time 29 mins. 25 secs. (from a standing start). Total time 1hr 23 secs. Cool & breezy conditions made rubber choice difficult but New Balance 854's worked well. Sorry no photos.

Anyone none the wiser, it was Silson Runners 10k road race. Over 1000 participants, who like me thought it was probably the only way to get to go round the GP track.

P.S. It seems a b***dy long way down Hanger straight on foot at 9mph.

Anyone stall at the start or fall off into the kitty litter............
