There are quite a few to choose from but the choice gets more expensive when you go for 1220mm wide compared to 610mm.
I ran a business on my Mimaki 610mm and rarely needed to do anything wider than this ( even with lorry graphics)

The second hand market is quite lively at the moment as a lot of sign shops have sprung up (and died again) in recent years.

The Roland range is bullet proof but getting a bit long in the tooth now. Summagraphics is another good make. The new generation of sign making are using the combined printers & cutters but they are quite an investment.

Hope that helps

We have a couple of small Roland vinyl cutters as well as an old plotter of theirs, simple and bomb proof -used daily by kids.

Suregrave also do a range that looks decent but we are still watching our lottery tickets.
Don't know anything of other manufacturers other than hear say
