Is it possible to have a buckled alloy wheel repaired?

Hit a pot hole on my new Alfa and it's sha**ed two wheels

It is possible, but you will need the areas tig welded then the wheel will need turning in a lathe to return the profile.
It just depends on cost of new wheel versus cost of repair.

Get photo's and report it to the local council, I shagged an alloy on my pug hitting a pothole near me and they paid out to replace it, they are meant to keep the highways up to an acceptable standard.

I recall one of the WSCC lads also clobbbered a big pothole and shagged his suspension. He grabbed a pic of it before they filled it in again and they payed out for new wishbones etc (though the cheeky blighter did wangle a widetrack setup out of them)
