The 2 metre rule is long gone. The 'working at height' regs now apply to anything 'at a height'. That's why the doooger is harnessed. Probably......

She's a rough coat Jack Russell.
Only had her 2 days, got her as a rescue dog from an alcoholic that couldn't cope any more.
Incredibly good natured and great with the kids and cats!
Got to get her some Doggles now
