Having a mare with an ebay buyer over a £3 coffee maker........
They made no contact and answered no e mails so reported non payment.
At this point they sent us on a guilt trip as they had been over too states too a relatives funeral.
I went out of my way too offer both condolences and apologies.
They sent a cheque, we haven't received it.
They proceeded too pay via paypal even though we expressly state we don't accept it.
They then proceeded too send pretty offensive mails accusing us of fraud, cashing cheques etc.........
Again humble pie tongue bitten offered further apologies and told them too let ups do there bit and deliver.
I can still get hold of the parcel, I really want too go and smash hell out of it put there money inside and re send it................
Would you ?
Nope. Wouldn't put the money in it.
Just blame Parcel Farce.....
It might be an idea to point out to them that accusing you of fraud in writing is libelous and may be subject to legal action incurring punitive damages that, with legal costs, will be considerably more than £3. Then watch them back pedal.
I had to collect a letter that was to heavy for the stamp put on it, had to pay for the extra postage, and an "admin fee", don't know
if it can be done with parcels, but it could well cost them more than £3 to pick it up.
Failing that, if it's electrical subject it to a large amount of water, while still switched on and blow it up!

most definately do the above, they cant accuse you of fraud as they would be able to clearly see in a bank statement that you havent cashed the cheque. sounds like a bit of an idiot to me.
