Hi i live in hull and my Sky just comes up technical fault on all sides is this on ever ones tv

Is it me or is the picture quality on Sky getting worse? I can see really bad compression artifact in the picture these last few weeks, anyone reckon they are deliberately doing it to try and pimp HD on us?

Our telewest box became very slow, switched on and off, sorted it right out!

mine does this regularly, a quick reboot of the box seems to fix it.
