what is the uk equivalent to a36 steel

Alan B - 7/5/03 at 09:42 PM

A36 is a low carbon hot rolled steel used in plate, angle iron, channel etc.

It certainly is not anything special.

I couldn't tell you the exact equivalent but what ever that stuff is made from in the UK is the equivalent.
