There are two small plastic pipes that just push into the bottom of the plastic petrol tank on the strimmer I have borrowed.

Problem is that one of them drips petrol out.

Anyone any suggestions to get or make a good seal?

Just use it quickly and gve it back! Or put a jubilee clip on it.

Nothing to jubliee around.

The soft pipe just psuhes through a hole in the bottom of the tank and sticks up inside the tank a couple of mm.

A bolt on nipple may be a good solution if you can get such a part ???

Might find something useful like a bulkhead connector in a Model shop if there's one anywhere near you.

Can we not replace the pipe It may have age hardened and cracked. It's been sat in the garage for 5 years at least
