There once was a Kettering cycle shop owner who turned up a KGH A&E one night with a set of Racing cycle handle bars well and truly stuck up a certain part of his anatomy (about 20 odd years ago).

I heard that it was a battery operated device and when asked if he wanted it removed he said no thanks just change the batteries.
