Are they worth owt?
I have about 30 of 12" x 36" and 2 1/2" thick.
Real heavy duty buggers.
Pat...
No. As a landscaper we hate these.
It depends on how weathered they are. With pressed slabs they become harder with age and will be hard to smash. ideal for an industrial application,
ie drive way for 7.5t trucks or on edge as a high kerb
The weight of these is apprx 2.3t. Ideal for buyer collects! I would not under estimate the time and effort required to shift these. The last one will
feel like 156kg instead of 78kg.

Sorry, half these figures for 1'x3' slabs, 2'x3' are the killers.

Sorry - I meant 2' x 3'
I know how heavy they are - had to dig them all up and stack them nicely.
Ebay - or give them to a friend who wants them for nowt, but will collect them?
On the subject of gardening - I had a field of 6' nettles (150m2) that I strimmed down to about 3 inches.
What's the best way to permanently kill the roots.
Ta,
Pat...
Burn them out.
if you've got someone who'll come and get them for nowt I'd let him have them myself.
