Jon, linky no work, try this
what was I doin wong ?
Cheeky gits!
You spend your money with them, get crap service and then they try to rape you financialy.
I won't be using BP garages any more either.

I've never seen this before!
Couldn't you just park the vehicle at the pump and leave it there for 25 minutes - they'd soon get piss*ed off with that #!
I may just go in one night and use their facilities without a car, i.e curl one off on the forecourt.
I had a bad incident with an uncleaned oil spill in one station's forecort (though it wasn't BP mind) getting oil all over the back tyre of
my bike. Thankfully I noticed it before riding off.
The manager told me its not their responsibility to maintain the forecourt. I phoned the head office who were very interested in the exact location
and time as they were going to have to discuss this with the manger and asked me for a bill of any costs incurred in rectifying problems with the bike
resulting from this.

i never use BP anyway, its a ripoff. Are they all? Round here its at least 2p more than the best, and slower to change when it drops.
Check this out.

Quote from Uktrailmonster
"My letters to CEL and BP certainly did the trick. CEL have cancelled their stupid ticket and BP are now investigating their procedures smile.gif
I haven't actually recieved an apology for the hassle, but at least the charges have been withdrawn and I won't have to face a possible
court case.
Thanks for all the help on this. Without you guys I might have ended up paying them. Citizens advice didn't help much. They just advised me to
pay them and put it down to experience.
So for all you BP customers out there who have received these silly parking charges, just tell them to poke it!"
