What a pile of poo!

wilkingj - 14/11/06 at 09:05 PM

Is this something to do with what people are talking about in the office?.

I talk Electronics, Computers, Internet, Cars, and Amateur Radio.
None of them have a Clue what I am on about.

They just talk inane babble about Constipation Street, Eastbenders, and other programmes.
They talk like its really happening and is real life and not entertainment programmes.
(ALL these programmes are banned in my household)

I dont understand them either.

Oh come on .... perleeeease

Its just chewing gum for the brain - no point.

owelly - 14/11/06 at 10:54 PM

Miss Owelly watches it so it's only a matter of time before I know who's who and who's got the best knockers....

DarrenW - 14/11/06 at 11:05 PM

Im with JoelP, hellfire (thats twice in one day!!!) and Owelly on this one.
Done avidly watch, its on so take an interest, think Ant and Dec are superb.

Whatever your views are it is good entertainment. The problem is the more puffy petrol heads are too afraid to admit it, the real men dont care!!!

Peteff - 15/11/06 at 12:24 AM

Tonight I watched some stuff I recorded on Saturday and I'll probably watch the telly again on Thursday. I don't watch soaps or reality programmes, cooking, gardening or makeover of houses or people whether they are celebrities dancing or cutting hair. I sometimes wonder why we still have a television.

graememk - 15/11/06 at 01:58 AM

Its crap, I have better things too do.... 30 (50.85%)

emsfactory - 15/11/06 at 09:18 AM

Utter crap. I had a fight with my girlfriend last night about it. I said i'd rather watch nothing than that. She said fine I'll switrvh it off and we can talk. I said fine. Thats how rubbish I'm an attention seeker is.

Also if anyone has the viz profanasaurus look up 'ant and dec'.

iank - 15/11/06 at 10:54 AM

I've spent many happy years of my adult life without a telly and not missed it once.

<bad parent> Only got one now for the kids to watch cbeebies </bad parent>

DarrenW - 15/11/06 at 10:58 AM

You have to admit tho that cbeebies is good. Charlie and Lola are great. i also like Little Bear on Nick Jr. Unfortunately its the ads on Nick Jr that are annoying.

Gav - 15/11/06 at 11:31 AM

Missus was watching it while i had my laptop on my knee, although i did happen to catch the bit with mylene klass(sp?) in her bikini, hubba hubba

Charlie and Lola rock My fave is Peppa Pig though, I don't really watch adult TV, I download what I want to watch from uknova, and watch it when the kids are in bed

iank - 15/11/06 at 12:45 PM

Numberjacks, underground ernie and lunar jim for my lads.

Though I caught an episode of numberjacks that had an evil character called the 'numbertaker' which was really quite disturbing.

Totaly agree pete, most I ever use it is when BTCC and WRC is on. Got a projector and 96" screen in my spare room AKA "home cinema" and we used to watch loads of films but even that hardly get's used these days.

I suppose I have to admit to watching Lost and Prison Break though!

My 16month old daughter loves Pete from Boogie Beebies
