about me filling my fiancees diesel corsa with petrol

well after being told by garage that i was looking at a £100 bill plus a charge for fuel disposal, i decided to give it a whirl by myself.

I disconnected the fuel line from the sender and pushed an old piece of fuel pipe on and then pushed a bit of window washer pipe in the end of that and sucked.
mouthful of diesel and unleaded later and the fuel was draining out nicely. took about 1 hr to do about 30 litres. put about 10 litres of diesel in ran it, changed filter,
bobs your uncle. easy init

They charge you for the oil disposal then burn it in their waste oil heater mixed with old engine oil.

Thats excactly what we would do with your drained "special fuel" at work, but the boss wouldnt have the cheek to charge you for keeping us warm. £100plus to drain the tank, replace a filter costing a fiver & bleed it? That is taking the piss!

Totally hijacking the thread, I saw this thing on TV where a bloke in the states went over to his caravan / winnebago thingy and saw a stranger trying to get a siphon going on the side of his van. Mr Siphon promptly legged it and Mr Caravan gave chase (though slowly cos he was old).... Although Mr Siphon was much faster he kept on stopping to puke... Eventually Mr Caravan stopped running and went back to see how much diesel was left in his caravan. Got to his caravan and thought "hang on, isn't the diesel flap on the other side?"....
Mr Siphon had been sucking on the good stuff from the chemical toilet. Dumb Mofo!!!
