Wouldn't you slow to a gradual stop if you sundenly couldn't see the track any more due to the amount of water falling ??

i was at that race at hill top and it was a nice sunny day and then it just came down in seconds so it wasnt the organisers fault and soon after the
rain came it was red flagged, and it soon dried up afterwards
