iank - 11/12/06 at 02:57 PM

cctL

make up some L badges using a nice cursive font in a circle. Down to the owners if they fit them upside down

nib1980 - 11/12/06 at 02:59 PM

Magma Automotive Designs (MAD)

Magma is my favorite word, wierd I know

Cars name should be Rasputin.

hope that helps

Volvorsport - 11/12/06 at 03:01 PM

cunterham ?

fesycresy - 11/12/06 at 03:10 PM

Can't do the L with a curve angle, already been done by mac1.

Hence the type LR.

3GEComponents - 11/12/06 at 03:21 PM

I like volvorsports suggestion

cct7kitcars - 11/12/06 at 03:25 PM

so do i

Marcus - 11/12/06 at 03:27 PM

I'd stick with CCT (short for circuit) and call your cars after racing circuits - Mallory, Brands etc.

stevec - 11/12/06 at 05:02 PM

I'm with Volvosport.
Or maybe go for Caterscum
Steve.

Chris

You could also use WestHam fro similar reasons, but that might cause some other problems.

I quite like this idea, though I think you should avoid the CCT Bedford Aerodrome!

However the CCT Three Sisters might do quite well depending on how it's marketed

Howlor - 11/12/06 at 08:09 PM

Or how about 'Deadly Sins Racing' and call the cars after them.

Greed - Lots of power

Gluttony - Wide arsed version

Envy - The top of the range

Lust - Possibly scuttle shaped like a pair of baps?!

Sloth - Unsure on this one!

Anger - Track day version

Pride - Retro styled, chrome everything.

DIY Si - 11/12/06 at 08:11 PM

Sloth - Pinto powered version!

Howlor - 11/12/06 at 08:12 PM

I suppose Sloth could be a lazy cruiser version?

wilkingj - 11/12/06 at 08:34 PM

You should make a removeable boot section that can be replaced by an optional Hob with two burners and a Grill / Griddle.

Then call it a CateringVan

Keep the CCT part,

CCT Cars for an Idea.

I like using the circuits as names, Or you could use Motorway's, ie M25 for a short oval circuit car powered by a Briggs and Stratton

I like Howlers idea as well... Mines an extra wide Gluttony!!

Above all keep your chin up, and dont let them grind you down.
You will come up with something.

DIY Si - 11/12/06 at 08:37 PM

Or just take the wee a little, and use 7.0, or 7.1 ie something VERY similar to 7, but just different enough to get away with it. Although I do like the CateringVan idea! You could have a whole new range, ie CampingVan, PorterlooVan........

David Jenkins - 11/12/06 at 09:24 PM

Or "77", or even a "777"!

Or "Leica7"

Or "7-11"

MikeRJ - 12/12/06 at 12:02 AM

As a model name how about "Supr Svn"?

Optimum One
Terrific Two
Termendous Three
Formidable Four
Fantastic Five
Special Six
Super Seven <--not allowed that one
Extreme Eight
Nifty Nine

Types of storm seem popular car/company names how about "Tsunami Sportscars"?

Thinking along the "Quantum" lines how about "Paradox Performance" or "Chaos Cars"?

JamJah - 12/12/06 at 01:45 AM

I like the 7 sins idea.

But how about "beven, devan, devon, evan, evon, heaven, kevan, leaven, levan, previn or eleven"
Oh shame they dont rythime with a certain number do they... too bad.

I believe you can still use the term "seven-esque" or "seven like" though legitly.
Whoever said 711 - youd get porsche on your back as I think in some countries they have trademarking on *11. Maybe they have given that up since NY though.

---Post thought----

How about rivers:
Thames, Amazon, Nile, Severn

cct7kitcars - 14/12/06 at 11:39 AM

thanks for your help guys i like the seven sins
